Our core services encompass feasibility studies for infrastructure projects and the privatization of the water sector, aiming to deliver effective solutions and enhance the sustainability of water services by partnering with both public and private sectors, we strive to fulfill customers’ aspirations in the most efficient manner.

Project feasibility study & planning :
  • Planning infrastructure needs to meet future water demand.
  • Conducting feasibility studies to achieve optimal project results.
  • Identifying and prioritizing strategies to mitigate and minimize risks.
Tendering services :
  • Advising on the suitability of the public-private partnership (PPP) model for assets.
  • Determining the appropriate model (such as the build-operate-own-transfer model) and the bidding mechanism.
  • Managing rollout processes, including developing documentation and coordinating work with stakeholders.
Project oversight & supervision :
  • Overseeing delivery and ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Identifying and addressing technical risks in operations.
  • Conducting health, safety, environmental and security inspection of sites.
  • Ensuring compliance with local content requirements.
Projects contract management :
  • Supervising the financial aspects of the project contract.
  • Ensuring adherence to contract specifications.
  • Complaining with health, safety and environmental standards.
  • adhering to local content guidelines.
  • Supporting customers during the concession period to issue invoices for services using software that allows for data collection, fee calculations and billing.
Stakeholder representation :
  • Coordinating with client to manage consultants during the bidding process.
  • Reviewing feasibility studies, technical reports and financial models.
  • Distributing of responsibilities in project implementation plans.
  • Offering insights into the project risk matrix.
  • Assistance in negotiations with contractors, qualifications and financing agencies.
Market expertise & intellectual property :
  • Providing market trends and necessary data.
  • Documents and papers, including (EOI, RFQ, SOQ, and RFP).
  • Supplying information about technology, developers, contractors and suppliers.
